We invite you to visit Zemun, the old core of Taurunum, on September 15, 2024, and be part of an urban athletic spectacle. The sports association “Zemun Half Marathon”, with the support of the Municipality of Zemun and the Tourist Organization of Belgrade, proudly organizes the 4th ZEMUN Decathlon HALF MARATHON. Be part of the running history and enjoy the spectacle we have prepared for you. This year, the central streets of Zemun are expected to welcome more than 1,500 participants from Serbia and across the region, offering visitors the unique opportunity to feel the spirit of ancient Taurunum. All races will take participants past Zemun’s most iconic landmarks, including the Main Street, Pinki Sports Center, Zemun Park, the Gardos Tower, and of course, the Zemun Quay with its breathtaking view of the powerful Danube River, the War Island, the Lido Beach, and the symbolic swans — the event’s beloved emblem. Together, on September 14, 2025, we will promote sports, health, and ecology in our beautiful Zemun.

ENTRY FEE AND STARTER PACK

Take Advantage of the EARLY REGISTRATION PERIOD, complete your registration by paying the entry fee between May 28 and June 11, 2025, and secure your spot in the race of your choice along with a full race package at the best possible price. The entry fee is the same for all race categories, while participation in the “Race of Future Champions” is, as every year, completely FREE for all young runners.

NOTE: A COMPLETE START PACKAGE with T-shirt will be given to all participants who complete their entry fee NO LATER THAN September 03, 2025.
ULTRA START PACKAGE (OPTIONAL): Extra payment of 1,200 dinars (10 €) - quality cotton T-shirt "Zemun half marathon".

Changes to any registration details (runner's name, chosen distance, T-shirt size, etc.) can be made no later than September 11, 2025 and will incur a fee of 600 dinars (5 €)

INFO ABOUT THE ORGANIZER

The sports association “Zemun Half Marathon” has been successfully organizing the sports event “Zemun Half Marathon” for the fourth year in a row, in which more than 4.000 people have participated so far. The idea of this sports event is to make athletics, as a basic sport, accessible to all residents of Zemun and other Belgrade municipalities, especially the youngest from 7 to 14 years old. That is why we decided to include three more competitive sections in the program of our event, in addition to the main half marathon race (21.1 km). Two senior sections, “Zemun Ten Kilometar Race” (10.5 km) and “Zemun Five Kilometar Race” (5.5 km). While for elementary school students, we are organizing the now traditional “Race of Future Champions” in which the youngest, depending on their age, will compete in sections of 200, 400 and 600 meters. We remind you that the “4th Zemun Decathlon Half Marathon” will also have a humanitarian character because, as in previous years, a fundraiser will be organized for sick children, as well as a collection of plastic caps as part of the “Cap for Handicap” campaign.
